Announcement for External LODP Applicants

We are pleased to announce the extension of the application period for the Lending Officers Development Program (LODP) Batch 1 up to May 26, 2017.

LODP is a comprehensive training course focused on developing management expertise and leadership excellence. After completing the ten-month program, LODP graduates shall become loan account officers who possess extensive and strong business knowledge across a range of banking functions specializing on lending operations. 

External applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications as of May 26, 2017:

  1. Excellent scholastic performance in a Bachelor’s Degree or with Master’s degree relevant to the Bank’s operations/functions, or a Board or Bar passer;               
  2. Four (4)-year work experience relevant to the Bank’s operations and functions, with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience;
  3. Of good moral character;
  4. Physically and mentally fit (must pass pre-employment requirements, including executive assessment, medical exams, and background investigation);
  5. Career Service (CS) Professional eligible (those without CS Eligibility may still apply provided they take and pass the exam before the start of the program);and
  6. Willing to accept assignment in any of the Bank’s lending units.

Qualified applicants will undergo the screening and selection process, which includes an executive assessment and series of interviews.
