Announcement for Internal LODP Applicants

We are pleased to announce the extension of the application period for the Lending Officers Development Program (LODP) Batch 1 up to May 26, 2017.

LODP is a comprehensive training course focused on developing management expertise and leadership excellence. After completing the ten-month program, LODP graduates shall become loan account officers who possess extensive and strong business knowledge across a range of banking functions specializing on lending operations.  

Internal applicants must possess the following minimum qualifications as of May 26, 2017:
  1. Four (4) year work experience relevant to Bank’s operations and functions, with at least two (2) years of supervisory experience (one (1) year supervisory experience for ADLS applicants at PG7);
  2. Excellent scholastic performance in college, or with Master’s degree relevant to the Bank’s operations/functions, or a Board or Bar passer (may be waived provided the required MIP ranking is met);
  3. Meet ANY of the following performance rating requirements:
    1. Belonging to the top-45%  performers in the MIP ranking for at least twice in three (3) recent performance years;
    2. Rated in the top-45% MIP ranking in a year succeeding or following an incident of promotion; or
    3. Rated Outstanding for at least twice in three (3) recent performance years;
  4. Occupy PG 8 to PG 10 levels and are willing to forego their current postings and personnel movements during the course of the program.  ADLS applicants at PG7 will be considered, provided they have been designated as Acting Account Officer for at least one (1) year);
  5. No pending administrative case nor subject of investigations involving any irregularity;
  6. Without unresolved adverse major or significant audit concerns; and
  7. Physically fit to undergo the program.

Applicants may submit their accomplished application form, which shall be distributed through the Lotus Notes or can be downloaded from IDRARS and the Bank’s website,, and submit it to ODD in person, by mail (23/F, LANDBANK Plaza, 1598 M. H. del Pilar cor. Dr. J. Quintos Sts., Malate, Manila 1004) or through e-mail, together with the complete required attachments.

Qualified applicants will undergo the screening and selection process, which includes an executive assessment and series of interviews.
