Malijan, and CSC Commissioner Robert S. Martinez

LANDBANK was recognized as one of the three Frontline Service Champions for its exceptional performance in complying with the Anti-Red Tape Act (ARTA) of 2007. The award was conferred by the Civil Service Commission (CSC) during its thanksgiving celebration for the 10th year of implementation of the law that aims to improve frontline service in government offices.

LANDBANK garnered its highest ARTA Report Card Survey (RCS) rating of 88.14% in 2015 – one of the highest among government agencies surveyed between 2010 and 2017. The ARTA RCS provides a quantitative measure of the quality and efficiency of government frontline services through compliance with the ARTA provisions and of the overall satisfaction of clients.

LANDBANK also achieved 100% and 89.40% resolution rates of all concerns referred by the CSC’s Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB) from 2012 to 2016 and in 2017, respectively. CCB serves as the government’s primary helpdesk for citizens’ inquiries and assistance for frontline service procedures.

The two other Frontline Service Champions are the Government Service Insurance System and the Philippine Health Insurance Corporation

LANDBANK was also conferred the Seal of Excellence Award Hall of Famers for being among the three agencies that earned the most number of Citizen’s Satisfaction Center Seal of Excellence Awards (CSC-SEA), with a total of 24 Seals from 2010 to 2016. The Seal of Excellence is given to agencies that garnered an ‘Excellent’ rating in the RCS through a “mystery client validation”, and passed the validation process.

“These recognitions from the CSC inspire us to keep on innovating to improve our frontline service delivery. Through the hard work and dedication of our employees, rest assured that LANDBANK will continuously uphold the highest standards in servicing our clients and the public at large,” said LANDBANK President and CEO Alex Buenaventura.

Dubbed as “ARTAnized: The ARTA Dekada Celebration,” the event highlighted the accomplishments in the 10-year implementation of ARTA and recognized the support and efforts of government agencies, development institutions, the academe, and civil society partners in the research and development, communication, and promotion of excellence and transparency in government frontline service delivery.
