JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maintains positive customer relationships by ensuring high customer satisfaction level
  • Responsible for helping customers with questions or concerns regarding the Bank's products and services
  • Ensure all customer inquiries and concern thru phone and emails are satisfactorily managed, resolved and closed within agreed service level.

QUALIFICATIONS


Eligibility:

  • Civil Service Professional Eligibility/PD 907/RA 1080 or its equivalent

Education:

  • Any Bachelor's Degree

Competency:

  • Computer Literate
  • Fit and proper for the position, with due consideration to integrity/probity and diligence
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, good problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
