LANDBANK Link.BizPortal is an e-Payment facility that allows clients to pay for products and services via the Internet from both the government and private institutions/sectors

The LANDBANK Link.BizPortal aims to:

  • Provide convenience and efficiency to all involved institutions as well as safer and faster delivery of funds;
  • Decrease the direct and indirect costs associated with physical cash or distribution of in-kind goods;
  • Establish accountability and tracking of financial flows, resulting in less corruption and theft; and
  • De-clog lobby traffic and save on operation costs.

For Clients

a. Features

  • Can handle small and large value payments
  • Generates and issues online payment confirmation which may be printed or sent through e-mail, as applicable
  • Available seven (7) days a week, including holidays, except during system maintenance

  • Generation of reports in a standard format to be used by the Bank and the Merchant for balancing and reconciliation

  • Memorandum of Understanding - Non-Disclosure Agreement (applicable only to merchant that has an interactive website/front-end system)
  • Memorandum of Agreement
  • Accomplished LANDBANK ePP Merchant Enrollment Form and Merchant Online Payment Inquiry User Enrollment Form
  • Eligible LANDBANK Peso deposit account where payments shall be credited

A. INTRODUCTION

1. What is LANDBANK Link.BizPortal?

LANDBANK Link.BizPortal is an alternative payment channel that allows clients to pay for products and services via the Internet from both the government and private institutions/sectors. 

2. Is the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal available outside the Philippines?

Yes. LANDBANK Link.BizPortal may be accessed anywhere in the world with the presence of an internet connection to perform online payment transactions.

3. How can the client access the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal?

The LANDBANK Link.BizPortal may be accessed in 3 ways:

a. LANDBANKLink.BizPortal link located at the eBanking menu of the LANDBANK website via www.landbank.com

b. LANDBANK Link.BizPortal link located at the Merchant’s website that shall redirect the client to the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal;

c.  LANDBANK Link.BizPortal website via https://www.lbp-eservices.com/egps/portal/index.jsp

B. ENROLLMENT

4. Does theclient need to enroll to use LANDBANK Link.BizPortal?

As an added security, an OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number or e-mail address. Registration via LANDBANK iAccess or your payment option (BancNet/GCash) registration facility is needed. 

5. Who are qualified to pay in LANDBANK Link.BizPortal?

Individual and companies who have the following accounts:

  1. LANDBANK ATM Savings Account
  2. LANDBANK VISA Debit Cards
  3. LANDBANK Current Account with ATM Access
  4. LANDBANK Corporate Payment Card (CPC)
  5. BancNet-Member Banks ATM Cards
  6. International Credit/Debit cards
  7. Globe GCash

6. Can the client pay for another person’s transaction?

Yes. The client can use his account to pay for another person’s transaction by indicating the person’s details he/she is paying for in the Transaction Form.

7. How much is the cost for the client to use the facility?

A minimal transaction fee as determined by LANDBANK and the partner- merchant, if applicable, shall be borne by the client

8. What is the proof of a successful transaction?

A Debit Confirmation Slip of LANDBANK Link.BizPortal and/or email confirmation for every successful transaction may be printed.

9. When can I use the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal?

LANDBANK Link.BizPortal may be accessed from 12:01AM to 11:00PM, Philippine Standard Time (PST), 7 days a week including holidays, subject to service periods, maintenance time, computer, telecommunication, electrical or network failure, and/or any other reasons beyond the control of the Bank.

10. What type of device/s needed to access the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal?

Any computer or mobile device with an internet connection may be used to access the LANDBANK Link.BizPortal, which is inter-operable across payment platforms such as browsers and operating systems.

The LANDBANK Link.BizPortal supports the following browsers:

a.    At least Internet Explorer 11.0 version

b.    Safari (for Macintosh computers)

c.    Google Chrome 18.0 or latest version

d.    Mozilla Firefox 26.0 or latest version

e.    Opera

11. Is LANDBANK Link.BizPortal secure to use?

Yes. LANDBANK Link.BizPortal is safe and secure:

a.    Protected with 128-bit Safe Security Layer (SSL) encryption technology to ensure privacy and confidentiality of account information and transactions;

b.    Authenticated by Verisign, one of the leading certification companies that thoroughly checks the authenticity of a particular website’s;

c.    Provided with (CAPTCHA) to ensure that all transactions are initiated by a human and not a machine.

12. How do I ensure continued protection of my LANDBANK account?

As an additional security feature, you will be asked to input a One-Time PIN or ATM PIN to ensure that you are authorizing the transaction before proceeding to the payment confirmation.

You play a vital role in protecting your account. Recommendations on your LANDBANK ATM account protection are as follows:

a.    Do not write or reveal your account number and Personal Identification Number (PIN) to anyone.

b.    Do not leave your online banking session unattended at any time.
