INTERNET CORPORATE (i-Corp) VIEWING FACILITY
A web-service available to corporate accounts that enables viewing of transactions and account details, deposit account balances and transaction history through the internet. https://www.lbp-icorpaccess.com/
- The I-Corp Viewing Facility is applicable to regular peso current and savings accounts of institutional clients.
- Modified Disbursement Scheme (MDS) accounts are not allowed to be enrolled in this facility.
- Account Summary
Allows users to view information such as account name, account description, current balance, available balance, outstanding balance and amounts on hold/float of all enrolled accounts.
- Transaction History
Allows users to view the previous day’s transactions and to download and print detailed movement of transactions and balances up to the last sixty (60) days via excel format and/or comma separated values (CSV).
- Modify Account Description
Users can update the description assigned to a particular deposit account for easy reference.
- Change of Password
The authorized users shall have their own user IDs, passwords and e-mail addresses. The authorized users shall provide their own user ID. However, the initial password shall be system-generated. Users are likewise advised to change their password every three (3) months or as the need arises. Password shall be composed of alpha-numeric characters with field length of 6-15 characters. The password is case sensitive while the user ID is not. User ID will be locked out after three (3) invalid logins. The e-mail address, which the authorized user would want to enroll in the facility must be indicated in the Enrollment Form. Users can change their password thru the web.-->
The authorized user is automatically logged-out from the system after five (5) minutes of inactive use of the I-Corp Viewing Facility.
- E-Mail Notification
The system shall automatically send an e-mail notification/confirmation of the enrolled users’ IDs and system-generated passwords to the enrolled e-mail addresses of the authorized users. The system shall likewise send an e-mail confirmation to the institutional client’s enrolled e-mail addresses about its enrollment application and all succeeding amendments/ updates.-->
- Unlocking Of User Id/Resetting Of Password
In cases that the client’s user ID has been locked out due to invalid and/or unauthorized logins, the system shall require the unlocking of user ID. If the client forgot his password, the system shall require the resetting of password.
In both cases, the following procedures shall be observed:
a. Authorized User shall send an e-mail request for the unlocking of user ID/resetting of password using his/her enrolled e-mail address to firstname.lastname@example.org .
b. An e-mail notification of the user ID and password will be sent automatically by the system to the enrolled e-mail address of the authorized user upon unlocking of user ID/resetting of password.
Institutional client shall submit to its Depository Branch an accomplished I-Corp Viewing Facility Enrollment and Maintenance Agreement Form, with Terms and Conditions located at the back, duly signed by the Head of Agency/ Office. All amendments /additions / deletions on the original enrollment shall be supported by duly accomplished Enrollment Form and submitted to the Depository Branch.
