Code of Conduct for LANDBANK Directors and Employees

The Code of Conduct for LANDBANK Directors and Employees provides Bank employees with guidance to enable them to conduct themselves in a manner that will merit and inspire public trust and confidence consistent with LANDBANK’s core values of social responsibility, customer focus, excellence, innovation, accountability, collaboration. The Code covers significant provisions of existing internal policies and procedures, relevant Civil Service Laws, Rules and Regulations and other applicable laws in such areas as confidentiality of information, conflict of interest, sexual harassment or misconduct, internal whistleblowing, responsible gifts policy, concerted mass actions, complaints and grievances, among others. It applies to all employees of the Bank regardless of rank, whether permanent, temporary, co-terminus or directly-hired contractual.
