Promotion Mechanics
1. The promo is open to all Mastercard® Debit and Credit Cards issued in the Philippines.
2. The promo is also open to Singapore Airlines KrisFlyer and PPS Club members and are eligible for the promotional offers and additional perks if payment is made using Mastercard® branded debit and credit cards.

6. Service fees, fare conditions and other terms and conditions shall apply.

I. Fly Singapore Airlines with Mastercard® and enjoy up to PHP 7,500 worth of gift certificates for dining and/ or shopping.
Terms and Conditions:
1. Offer is open to all customers who purchase a Singapore Airlines (SIA) ticket with Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card card during the Singapore Airlines Time to Fly Virtual Travel Fair on the following sales period:
a. 10 – 20 October 2024 – Open to all Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card cardholders
2. Offer is valid on SIA tickets booked to any destinations, with travel from 10 October 2024 to 30 September 2025, made through singaporeair.com and the SingaporeAir mobile app using promo code FLYSQ2025, SIA reservations hotline at +632 7908 4790 for Manila or via the toll-free number 1800 1888 4588 for Cebu, and SIA-accredited travel agencies.
3. To be eligible for the offer, simply use a Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card and meet the following minimum eligible spend in a single receipt on Singapore Airlines (SIA) tickets, originating from the Philippines.

4. SIA tickets originating from Manila and Cebu will be via Singapore Airlines flights, while Clark and Davao will be via Scoot flights connecting to a Singapore Airlines flight beyond Singapore.
5. The gift certificates may be claimed after purchase or within 60 days from 20 October 2024 or until 12 December 2024 at the following locations:
a. Manila - Singapore Airlines Ticketing Office located at 33F LKG Tower, Ayala Avenue, Makati City, Philippines 1226 from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Mondays to Fridays only.
b. Cebu - Singapore Airlines Office located at located at 7F Pioneer Bldg., Cardinal Rosales Avenue, Cebu Business Park, Cebu City from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, Wednesdays to Fridays only.
6. Customers must present the following to claim their gift certificates:
a. Valid ID of the eligible customer
b. Copy of e-tickets and;
c. EastWest Mastercard® branded credit card used for the payment.
7. Gift certificates may also be claimed by an authorized representative provided that he/she presents the following:
a. Two (2) valid IDs of the eligible customer and two (2) valid IDs of the representative;
b. Authorisation letter bearing the signatures of the winner and the representative;
c. Copy of e-tickets and;
d. EastWest Mastercard® branded credit card used for the payment.
8. Eligible customers claiming the PHP 2,500 dining gift certificates and/ or PHP 5,000 worth of dining or shopping gift certificates may choose from the following:
a. Dining gift certificates: Shangri-La The Fort, The Bistro Group, Wild Flour Bakery + Café, and Mary Grace Café.
b. Shopping gift certificates: The Travel Club or SSI Purple Card
Should the preferred brand be unavailable, Singapore Airlines may offer the other brands gift certificates of equivalent value.
9. For avoidance of doubt, each eligible Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card cardholder shall only be entitled to one (1) PHP 2,500 worth of dining gift certificates for a minimum spend of PHP30,000 in a single transaction, or one (1) PHP 2,500 worth of dining gift certificates plus one (1) PHP5,000 worth of dining or shopping gift certificates for a minimum spend of PHP 60,000 in a single transaction paid with a Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card issued in the Philippines.
10. Gift certificates must be presented when availing at eligible outlets of the following brands:

11. Gift certificates are transferrable but not convertible to cash and are non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the dining certificates. Guest may settle by cash or credit card for any excess amount. Lost gift certificates will not be replaced.
12. Gift certificates cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount and promotions. Other terms and conditions of the gift certificates apply.
II. Fly Singapore Airlines in 2025 with Mastercard and enjoy a luxurious one-night deluxe hotel stay
Terms and Conditions:

5. The one-night deluxe hotel stay will be in the form of a hotel voucher valid at Fairmont Makati, bearing no expiration.
6. For avoidance of doubt, each eligible Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card cardholder shall only be entitled to one (1) hotel voucher for a complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at Fairmont Makati for a minimum eligible spend of PHP 60,000 in a single transaction on Singapore Airlines (SIA) tickets with travel dates from 1 January 2025 to 30 September 2025, paid with a Mastercard® Debit and Credit Card.
7. The hotel voucher for the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati may be claimed after purchase or within 60 days from 20 October 2024 or until 12 December 2024 at the following locations:

a. Contact the reservations hotline at +632 8555 9888
b. Provide scanned copy of the hotel voucher claimed from Singapore Airlines. Physical copy of the hotel voucher must be presented at check-in.
c. Provide date of preferred check-in and check-out dates.
11. The complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati is valid for single or double occupancy with a maximum of two (2) adults and two (2) children below the age of 12 only and is inclusive of breakfast for two (2) adults only. Deposit and other incidentals shall be at the expense of the customer.
12. Eligible customers claiming the complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati may choose any date, except for blackout dates during holidays such as Halloween, Christmas, New Year, and Holy Week. Rooms are subject to availability. Should the preferred date be unavailable, Fairmont Makati may offer alternative dates of stay.
13. Reservation must be made at least 72 hours before the desired date of check-in. Valid ID with photo or passport, along with the confirmation email, and physical copy of the hotel voucher must be presented and provided at the front desk upon check-in.
14. Standard check-in time is 3.00pm; check-out time is 12.00nn. Early check-in and late check-out may be requested at the front office (subject to availability).
15. Upon reservation, Mastercard® credit card details must be provided to guarantee the booking. Upon check-in, incidental deposit of Php5,000 per night will be requested.
16. Night extensions are subject to availability. Mastercard must be used to pay for extended stays.
17. Customers can rebook if cancellation is effected at least seven (7) days from check-in date.
18. Customers who do not arrive on the day of reservation will render the offer fully redeemed.
19. If the reservation is less than seven (7) days from check-in date, the room reservation is non-cancellable and non-rebookable.
20. The hotel voucher for a complimentary one-night deluxe room stay at the Fairmont Makati is transferrable but not convertible to cash and is non-refundable. Change will not be given for transactions less than the face value of the stay. Guest may settle by Mastercard for any excess amount.
