- Monitor and review your accounts for suspicious transactions by signing-up to the LANDBANK iAccess facility via your depository branch.
- Protect your ATM card information such as card number, PIN, and Card Verification Value (CVV).
- Change your PINs regularly and always be vigilant when transacting in ATMs.
- Be cautious and never give out confidential information like your account numbers or PIN via email or online.
- Do NOT click on links or download attachments from suspicious emails.
- Report suspicious transactions immediately through your depository branch or through CUSTOMERCARE@mail.landbank.com or our 24/7 Customer Care Hotline at (02) 405-7000 (for Metro Manila) or 1-800-10-405-7000 (PLDT Domestic Toll Free Number).
LANDBANK is also in the process of replacing all magnetic stripe cards with EMV chip-based cards. EMV is the new international standard for chip-based credit and debit cards, which is more secure and allows greater protection against fraud (e.g. theft of card data and ATM skimming).
