In less than a year, embark on a dynamic journey, accelerate your professional growth and be ready to take on a leadership role within our organization.
Throughout the program, you will:
Classroom Training – Engage and collaborate with other participants as you delve into theoretical concepts, industry best practices & emerging banking trends.
On-the-Job Training/Immersion – Gain practical experience by performing tasks in selected Bank units under the guidance of experienced trainers/colleagues.
Stretch/Innovation Project – Collaborate on a transformative project aimed at driving significant impact across the Bank, fostering problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and innovation skills essential for success.
Final Assessment - Showcase your acquired skills, leadership potential, and strategic thinking before a panel of senior officers and esteemed employee group members, marking your readiness for higher-level responsibilities.
Internal
a) PG 9 level or PG 8 level (must have been designated in any supervisory role in acting capacity for a cumulative period of at least six (6) months)
b) At least three (3) years of supervisory experience
c) At least Very Satisfactory performance rating for the past two (2) years
d) Last incident of promotion must be at least a year from the intended start of the Program
e) Endorsement of Department or Group Head as high potential
External
a) Four (4)-year work experience
b) At least three (3) years of supervisory experience
c) Bachelor’s degree with academic distinctions (e.g. latin honors, dean’s lister, valedictorian); or Master's Degree
d) Career Service Professional Eligibility/2nd Level Eligibility/RA 1080 (Board/Bar Passer)/PD 907 (e.g. Cum Laude Graduate)
