LTNCD is a long-term negotiable certificate of time deposit indicating an amount of bank indebtedness with a designed maturity. LTNCDs are high-yielding, negotiable deposit instruments covered by Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation (PDIC) up to Php500,000.00. The tenor is typically five years.
