Promo Mechanics

1. This promo is open to all individual depositors only.
2. Update your data completely in your branch of account within April 1 to November 30, 2016 and get one (1) electronic raffle number (eRN). (Click here)
3. If you have multiple deposit accounts in different branches, you may update your data at any of your branch of account. However, you will be entitled to only one (1) eRN. Any subsequent update(s) within the promo period will not entitle you to additional eRN(s).
4. There will be one (1) grand prize winner of Toyota Vios, 50 winners of iPad Air and 100 winners of iPad Mini for the consolation prizes. The consolation prizes will be distributed at 5 iPad Air and 10 iPad Mini per Branches Group (North NCR, South NCR, Northern Luzon, Central Luzon, Southeast Luzon, Southwest Luzon, East Visayas, West Visayas, East Mindanao and West Mindanao) so you will have more chances of winning.
5. The eRNs of consolation prize winners are entitled to be raffled off for the grand prize. However, depositor can only win once. If drawn more than once, the winner will take the prize of higher value.
6. The raffle will be electronically drawn on December 14, 2016 at the LANDBANK Plaza, Malate, Manila in the presence of DTI and COA representatives.
7. The winners will be posted on the LANDBANK official website and will also be notified through email and registered mail.
8. The winning depositor must maintain his/her deposit account in active status up to the time the prize is claimed.
9. The grand prize winner can claim the prize at the Customer Service and Product Development Department, LANDBANK Plaza, Malate, Manila. The consolation prizes, on the other hand, can be claimed at the winner’s branch of account. The winners will be required to present the printed email or registered mail, together with a valid ID and TIN.
10. The winners will agree to be featured by LANDBANK in any publicity material related to the promo without further compensation.
11. Prizes not claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail or email will be forfeited, upon prior approval of DTI.
12. Prizes are not convertible to cash. Prize tax will also be shouldered by LANDBANK. All other expenses (e.g. freight/transport), will be borne by the winning depositor.
13. All LANDBANK employees, including their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from the promo.
