Control Measures • The raffle draw shall be conducted electronically under the supervision of representatives from LANDBANK Internal Audit and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). • Personnel from the Personnel Administration Department (PAD) shall be present to validate the entries and ensure that disqualified participants (LANDBANK employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity) are excluded. • The official list of winners shall be certified by LANDBANK Internal Audit, the DTI, and other authorized representatives in attendance.
