Terms and Conditions The promo (promotion) will run from December 10, 2022 - January 15, 2023. The promo is open to all customers. Employees of the Stores Specialists, Inc. (SSI), their affiliates, their advertising agency, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion. For every single receipt, minimum spend of P 5,000 using a Philippine-issued Mastercard credit and debit card in all participating SSI brands (see appendix for complete list of brands) a customer will be entitled to 1 raffle entry. There is no limit to the number of raffle entries that may be earned per customer. With every P5,000 spent that entitles the customer to 1 raffle entry, 2 trees will be donated to the Conservation International Foundation in support of the Priceless Planet Coalition. To qualify for the promo, the customer is required to join the promotion via the following steps: For Store and E-Commerce Transactions: a. Register a raffle entry electronically via http://ssimastercardchristmas.ssilife.com.ph/ b. The customer must fill-up the electronic raffle coupon and provide a name, address, transaction details (invoice no.), valid email and / or a valid mobile number and the first 8 digits of the credit or debit card number used to pay for the transaction being registered. The customer will receive a raffle entry confirmation via email or SMS with a unique raffle code number. The cut-off date for registration of raffle entries is on January 20, 2023, Friday. The raffle draw is on January 27, 2023, Friday and will be done digitally via a virtual conference call in the presence of SSI and DTI representatives. Announcement of winners is on February 3, 2023, Friday. Eleven (11) lucky winners will get any of the following prizes: Minor Prizes – 10 winners of Php 100,000 SSI shopping spree P 100,000 worth of SSI Purple Cards (electronic gift certificate) will be issued to the ten (10) winners which can be used in participating SSI Brands nationwide. All terms and conditions relating to the SSI Purple Card as indicated in the SSI Life website shall apply. Grand Prize - P 500,000 SSI shopping spree A P 500,000 worth of SSI Purple Cards (electronic gift certificate) will be issued to the (1) winner which can be used in participating SSI Brands nationwide. All terms and conditions relating to the SSI Purple Card as indicated in the SSI Life website shall apply. All taxes relative to the prizes shall be shouldered by SSI. Prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash. The winners and their transactions will be validated by SSI. Winners will be notified via email and / or SMS and via registered mail. Winners will also be announced via SSI’s social media accounts.  A customer may only win once. In the event that a customer’s name was picked more than once during the raffle draw, the customer automatically receives the prize with the higher value. The prize with the lesser value will be awarded to another winner. Prizes must be redeemed within 60 days from receipt of notification. All unclaimed prizes and gift certificates shall be forfeited in favor of SSI, with approval from DTI. Prizes such as gift certificates and merchandise must be claimed at the SSI Head Office located in Midland Building, 403 Sen. Gil Puyat St., Buendia Ave., Makati City. In case the winner is from the province, claiming of the prize may be done at an SSI store location nearest to the address of the winner. The specific branch or location should be identified and agreed upon by both SSI and the winner. A valid identification card must be presented when claiming the prize. The customer is responsible for safekeeping the electronic gift certificates, inspecting details indicated in the documents and monitoring expiry dates. SSI shall not be obliged to replace, or refund lost or expired vouchers and gift certificates. Any duplication, refund or cancellation of orders or transactions may result in the disqualification of raffle entries. Winners who claimed their prizes will be ineligible to refund or cancel the transaction that they enrolled in the promo. All information shared via SSI’s microsite will be governed by the Philippine Data Privacy Act. By registering for the promo, the customer agrees that all information shall be subject to confidentiality and security terms of SSI and of the third-party entity managing the site for SSI. The customer agrees to receive emails or SMS messages in relation to the promo, such as but not limited to email or SMS confirming raffle entries. By participating in this promo, the winners agree to participate in any video or photo coverage that may be used in SSI’s accounts such as but not limited to facebook, instagram, youtube and website. By accepting and/or using the prizes, the customer agrees to hold SSI free and harmless from any injury, loss or damage caused by or arising from his/her participation in the promo and acceptance/use of the gift certificates.
