Customer Journey
1. Download the airasia Superapp mobile app or visit the airasia website.
2. Login or sign up for an account.
3. On the Superapp homepage, under “Account” and “My account information,” click “My Checkout Cards.”
4. Click “Add new card.”
5. Enter your card details and click “Save.”

Terms and Conditions
1. The promotion is valid for new and existing airasia Superapp users.
2. The promotion is valid for one-time use only.
3. To qualify for the bonus points, the Cardholder must save his or her Cards on the airasia Superapp.
4. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
6. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, Mastercard shall have the right to charge the value of the bonus points to his or her Card.
7. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the Promotion offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and airasia Superapp with the concurrence of DTI.
