Greenbelt Getaway: Your Singapore Escape

MECHANICS

1) Promo period is from October 15 to December 31, 2025.

2) Customers are entitled to join the raffle should they present a Php 15,000 minimum single purchase receipt from any Ayala Malls Greenbelt retail merchants (excluding bills payment), using their Mastercard credit card, from October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025. A minimum spend of Php 15,000 is equivalent to two (2) e-raffle entries at the Greenbelt Getaway: Your Singapore Escape raffle promo.

3) Customers are entitled to join the raffle should they present a Php 25,000 minimum single purchase receipt from any Ayala Malls Greenbelt retail merchants (excluding bills payment) using their Mastercard credit card from October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025. A minimum spend of Php 25,000 is equivalent to four (4) e-raffle entries at the Greenbelt Getaway: Your Singapore Escape raffle promo.

4) Customers can enter the e-raffle at the respective mall redemption areas only within the duration of the activity from October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025, 11 AM to 9 PM at the Greenbelt 3 and Greenbelt 5 Concierge booths.

5) Ayala Malls Greenbelt reserves the right to validate the receipts or credit card slip. Defaced, crumpled, tampered, duplicated, reprinted, or receipts less than ¾ its actual size will not be honored. 

6) Customers must have their receipts and credit card slips (Mastercard only) validated, information registered, and must scan the QR code at each mall’s respective redemption area to access the form for the e-raffle entry at the Greenbelt 3 and Greenbelt 5 Concierge booths within October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025, 11 AM to 9 PM. A confirmation email will be sent to signify the entry submission. For electronic raffle registration, customers must fill-up the online form https://tinyurl.com/GBGETAWAY2025 with the following details, and upload a copy of their receipt and credit card slip signed by the mall’s concierge to enter the raffle:

7) Receipts and credit card slips from past dates of the sale duration are not eligible to join. Reuse of validated and claimed receipts are not eligible to join again. No credit card slip (Mastercard only), no entry.

8) Deadline for submission of raffle entries is on December 31, 2025, 9PM.

9) Determination of winners will be held on January 5, 2026, 11AM via Zoom call in the presence of a DTI representative. Below is the schedule of the raffle draw:

• Cut-Off Period: October 15, 2025 to December 31, 2025
• Draw Date: January 05, 2026, 11AM
• Announcement Date: January 05, 2025, 5PM
• Number of Winner & Prize: One (1) Winner - Greenbelt Getaway: Your Singapore Escape for two (2).
   

10) The raffle promo prize will comprise of the following:

• Singapore Shopping Trip Package for two (2)
  • Four (4) days three (3) nights King Premium Suite room at Hilton Singapore Orchard with round-trip airport transfers
  • Takashimaya Shopping Centre Vouchers valued at SGD1,000
  • Dining credits valued at SGD500 for use at selected restaurants in Takashimaya Shopping Centre
  • Round-trip airline tickets (Business Class)
    • All other expenses not mentioned above will be shouldered by the winner.
    • Airline tickets are valid within six (6) months.
    • Vouchers are non-convertible to cash, but is transferrable.

11) Notification will be through registered mail and SMS. Winner’s names will also be posted via our social media page https://www.instagram.com/ilovegreenbelt on January 05, 2026 at 5PM.

12) To claim the prize, winners must present one (1) valid government ID with their complete details and picture.

13) If claiming through an authorized representative, present a valid government ID of the winner and a signed written letter of authority, registered mail and ID of representative.

14) Prize should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Greenbelt with prior approval of DTI.

15) Prize may be redeemed at the Greenbelt Admin Office, Greenbelt 5 Basement 1 from 1PM to 6 PM, Mondays to Fridays.

16) All employees of ALI Commercial Center Inc., their merchants, maintenance and security agencies, and advertising and promotional agencies, and their relatives up to the second degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the promo. This will be verified with the ID’s they present upon registration.
