If seats are unavailable on the preferred travel dates, Singapore Airlines reserves the right to                      offer alternative dates.               iii.   Once tickets are redeemed, the tickets are non-transferable, non-reroutable, non-refundable, and valid on Singapore Airlines only.               iv.   Tickets are non-convertible to cash and must be issued on or before 30 September 2024.                       Itinerary must be confirmed by 30 September 2024 and travel must be completed by 31 October 2024.                v.   Prizes are valid for six (6) months after prizes are officially claimed by the winners, subject to terms and conditions of the Airline.                      Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) calendar days after the receipt of prize certificate will be forfeited in favor of Singapore Airlines.               vi.   Issues related to the Singapore Airlines transaction should be directed to and will be resolved by Singapore Airlines 4.    Eligibility        a.    The promotion is open to members of Zing registered as Zing Plus Members who have downloaded the Zing app, registered, and linked               at least one Philippine-issued credit card (maximum of three credit cards may be linked per customer in Zing) and/or a GCash account. 5.    How to Earn Chances to Play        a.    For new Zing Members who register during the promo period and:                i.    Link a GCash or non-mastercard credit card: Get one (1) chance, awarded once only               ii.    Register during the promo period and link a Mastercard credit card: Get four (4) chances, awarded once only       b.    For existing Zing Members who registered before the promo period but never linked a GCash or credit card:               i.    Link a GCash or non-mastercard credit card: Get one (1) chance, awarded once only              ii.    Link a Mastercard credit card: Get four (4) chances, awarded once only       c.    For Existing Zing Plus members who registered before the promo period and:              i.    Already has a linked GCash or non-Mastercard credit card                   ●    Cannot earn chances by linking a new GCash or non-Mastercard credit card                   ●    Link a Mastercard credit card: Get four (4) chances, awarded once only             ii.    Already has a linked Mastercard credit card                   ●    Cannot earn chances by linking a new GCash or non-Mastercard credit card                   ●    Link a  new Mastercard credit card (different card number from existing): Get four (4) chances, awarded once only       d.    Once a Mastercard credit card is linked to the account, Zing Plus members can earn an additional three (3) chances to play for              every valid transaction when they spend a minimum of two thousand pesos (Php 2,000.00) on a single receipt in Ayala Malls,              paying with their linked Mastercard credit card.               i.   The earned chances to play, upon meeting the minimum spend using the Mastercard credit card, will be awarded within                    14-21 days after the transaction has been verified and posted.               ii.   This is applicable for all retail, dining, entertainment, and services merchants in participating Ayala Malls as stated in #6.       e.    Zing Plus members can also earn an additional one (1) chance to play for every valid transaction when they spend a minimum of               two thousand pesos (Php 2,000.00) on a single receipt in Ayala Malls, paying with cash.               i.   Cash receipts must be uploaded in the Zing App using the Receipt Scanning feature and are applicable for all retail, dining,                    entertainment, and services merchants in participating Ayala Malls as stated in #7.              ii.   Scanned receipts will require 5 business days for validation, and the earned chance/s to play will be awarded 14 - 21 days                   after validation date. 6.    Participating Malls for Mastercard Purchases 7.    Participating Malls for Cash Purchases & Receipt Scanning 8.    Prize Claiming        a.    Zing Points are credited automatically to your points wallet in the Zing App.        b.    If you win the Grand Prize, Zing will be contacting the winners via email and mobile number based on their valid and registered               Zing Membership contact details, and winners must adhere to all requirements needed for verification.                i.    Winners must claim the Grand Prize within sixty (60) days upon confirmation that they have been validated by Zing.                      Further instructions on how and where to claim the prize will be sent to the winner.       c.    All fraudulent, misuse, and abuse-related acts towards the promo will disqualify the user from participating in the promo and              winning any of the prizes.

LANDBANK free online fund transfers for P1k and below remain

In line with providing safe, convenient, and accessible digital banking services, the Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) continues to waive fees for fund transfers to other banks via InstaPay and PESONet for transactions worth P1,000 and below.  LANDBANK customers can enjoy free online fund transfers for the first three transactions facilitated in a day through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App (MBA), and the Bank’s online retail banking channel, the iAccess. For interbank fund transfers amounting to more than P1,000, a lowered fixed transaction fee of P15 from the previous rate of P25 will be applied. Meanwhile, fund transfers between LANDBANK and Overseas Filipino Bank (OFBank) accounts, regardless of the amount, remain free-of-charge.  “We are extending our waiving of fees for small-value online fund transfers to encourage more clients to embrace cashless transactions, in support of the National Government’s thrust of building a cash-lite economy. Beyond the convenience of free fund transfers, customers can also use LANDBANK’s digital platforms for bills payment, cardless withdrawal, and opening of additional deposit account,” said LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz. For seamless and convenient online fund transfers and bills payment, the LANDBANK MBA can be downloaded for free on Google Play, Apple App Store, and Huawei App Gallery. The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) is ramping-up efforts towards expanding financial inclusion in the country with the nationwide rollout of the LANDBANKasama Program that will provide basic banking services in far-flung and underserved communities, also known as Geographically Isolated and Disadvantaged Areas (GIDAs). The LANDBANKasama Program was launched as part of the state-run Bank’s Digital Financial Inclusion Caravan on 18 January 2024 with simultaneous events in 11 sites nationwide in the provinces of Batanes, Tarlac, Quezon, Oriental Mindoro, Camarines Sur, Bohol, Negros Occidental, Leyte, Cagayan de Oro City, Davao del Norte, and Sulu.  The new LANDBANKasama Partners tapped in these sites will add to the Bank’s 1,113 accredited local partners operating 1,870 cash-out terminals as of December 2023. The LANDBANK Digital Financial Inclusion Caravan, which promotes digital banking and the habit of saving through financial education, introduced the LANDBANKasama Program and the new LANDBANK PISO Plus, among the Bank’s latest offerings.  “The LANDBANK Digital Financial Inclusion Caravan represents our steadfast commitment to fostering financial inclusion and empowering the underserved. We will continue to leverage on meaningful partnerships and digital technology to reach and serve even the farthest corners of the country,” said LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz. Expanded financial access through LANDBANKasama Program To ensure financial access even in the most remote and underserved areas, LANDBANK is expanding its strategic partnerships with local players—client cooperatives, associations, rural banks, local government units (LGUs), micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs), and private entities, among others—to provide basic banking services on behalf of the Bank. LANDBANKasama is a rebrand of the Bank’s Agent Banking Program (ABP), which better captures the goals of the Program in creating strategic points of banking access and promoting collaboration among local players towards expanding financial inclusion.  LANDBANKasama Partners provide services such as cash withdrawals, cash deposit, fund transfers, bills payment, and balance inquiry, while helping to save on transportation costs for clients who previously needed to travel to other towns and cities for these basic banking transactions.  The program benefits beneficiaries of the Conditional Cash Transfer (CCT) Program of the National Government, as well as government employees, teachers, students, and other private clients from underserved communities. Banking and saving made easier with PISO Plus  Participants open the new LANDBANK PISO Plus account on the spot using their smartphones through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App, during the rollout of the Digital Financial Inclusion Caravan in the Municipality of Mayantoc in Tarlac. To encourage more Filipinos into the habit of saving, the Bank also launched its newest product, the LANDBANK PISO Plus, which is a basic deposit account that interested customers can conveniently open online through the LANDBANK Mobile Banking App (MBA).  With no initial deposit and no maintaining balance required, opening a LANDBANK PISO Plus account provides customers instant access to the Bank's other digital banking services. These include fund transfers, bills payment, e-commerce transactions, and cardless withdrawals through the LANDBANK MBA. There is also no required average daily balance for the account to earn interest. TAGUIG CITY – The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) has granted a P500-million loan to the newly inaugurated Healthway Cancer Care Hospital (HCCH) in Arca South, Taguig City. HCCH is under AC Health’s hospitals and clinics arm, the Healthway Medical Network (HMN), and is the first dedicated comprehensive cancer hospital in the Philippines. The loan will fund the Hospital’s general corporate requirements, which includes acquisition of essential medical equipment, to enhance the hospital’s capacity to provide the best care to patients battling cancer. This is in line with enhancing access to quality and affordable cancer treatment in the country. "Healthcare is a very important pillar to us at LANDBANK. And this P500-million transaction to boost the operations of Healthway Cancer Care Hospital will go a long way towards providing responsive and accessible cancer care. "Ang cashless nga pagbayad sa akon dako nga bulig sa adlaw-adlaw namon nga negosyo, labi na gid sa mga holiday. LANDBANK Marks Record P40.3 Billion Net Income in 2023

The Land Bank of the Philippines (LANDBANK) ended 2023 with an all-time high net income of P40.3 billion—the very first time that it breached the P40-billion mark surpassing its full-year target by P5 billion.  The Bank’s 2023 profit translates to a substantial 34% expansion from P30.1 billion in 2022. The robust financial performance was fueled by strong revenues from loans and investments alongside prudent cost management. “LANDBANK’s strong financial performance in 2023 exemplifies sound management committed to deliver remarkable results in a thriving economy. We will build on this growth momentum to further drive meaningful investments in advancing inclusive and sustainable development in the country," said LANDBANK President and CEO Lynette V. Ortiz. LANDBANK’s assets climbed 4.2% to P3.3 trillion, bolstered by strong deposit inflows and income generated from loans and investments. The Bank saw deposits grow by 4.5% to P2.9 trillion.  The state-run Bank maintains a stable and robust capital position, with year-end capital jumping to P266.8 billion on the back of strong profitability. This translates to 27% year-on-year growth from P210.6 billion last year. LANDBANK’s financial ratios continued to be at healthy levels, with Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) at 16.35% and Common Equity Tier 1 Ratio (CET 1) at 15.46%. Return on equity stood at 16.87%, significantly higher than the 12.15% industry average. This strong financial base will further enhance support for agriculture, fisheries and rural development (AFRD), as well as other key development sectors, in line with the Bank’s broader thrust of serving the nation.  From January to December 2023, LANDBANK’s loans granted to various sectors translated to more infrastructure facilities and basic services provided to Filipinos across the country.  “We look forward to 2024 as another banner year for LANDBANK, underscoring our commitment to transformative and disruptive digital initiatives. This momentum gives us much optimism towards reaching new milestones in expanding financial inclusion nationwide,” added President and CEO Ortiz. Finance Secretary and LANDBANK Chairman Ralph G. Recto recently met with the LANDBANK Management, and commended the Bank for surpassing its financial targets in 2023, maintaining a strong capital position, and intensifying support to agriculture, fisheries, and rural development. He also lauded the bank's strong support of the national government’s programs and the implementation of various digital platforms. Secretary Recto also assured full support for the bank's strategic initiatives in 2024 for national development lending, treasury and investment, digital banking, and cybersecurity, among other areas.
