Job Description: 

  • Acts as frontliner and attend to various queries and requests relating to opening/closing of accounts and various online Bank products and remittances
  • Responsible for verifying and certifying the authenticity of signatures and documents
  • Receive record of various Bank transactions, including incoming/outgoing clearing check transactions

Less than 1 Year


  • Must be a graduate of any Business/Accounting related course
  • Must have Civil  Service Professional Eligibility/ 2nd Level Eligibility 
  • Good communication skills both in English and Filipino
  • Computer Literate
  • Must have good customer service skills
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in branch banking operations
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply

  • Bank Frauds and Forgery Detection Professional Presence
  • Bank Products and Services
  • AMLA Rules and Regulations Risk Management
