The Online Loan Application Facility (OLAF) is an order taking facility or front-end/touch point of our clients who wants to avail our consumer loan products like Real Estate Loans, Mortgage Loans and Vehicle Loans.
1. The facility requires encoding of basic client details before he/she can submit the loan application, as follows:
2. Once the client completed encoding the required information, he/she may click the “submit” button, then a notification message shall be sent to the client via email as confirmation that the loan application has been received by the Bank.
3. The OLAF back-office will be accessed by the Retail Banking Group (RBG) personnel in-charge of checking and assigning loan application received through OLAF and forward the same to the designated Account Officer (AO) for processing e.g., call or email the client to get the required information/documents for loan processing.
4. The Consumer Loan application (Real Estate, Mortgage, Vehicle Loans) are processed within seven (7) working days upon submission and receipt of complete required documents.
5. The assigned AO/handling Unit/Dept. notifies the client if the loan is approved and loan documents are ready for signing.
