The LANDBANK Board of Directors were provided with updates on anti-money laundering and corporate governance to strengthen their oversight functions. They also attended webinars on functional/technical operations as part of their continuing education. On the other hand, the Bank’s senior officers enhanced their leadership and functional/technical competencies through webinars. On employee development, they continue with their mentoring activities amidst the pandemic, maximizing the power of technology, under the Bank’s mentoring program, GROWing NxtGen Leaders.
