Merchant Terms & Conditions

1.    The promo will run from 1 February to 15 March 2023.

2.    The following are qualified to avail of the promo:
       a. Fully-verified new and returning Atome users with a linked Visa credit or debit card on their Atome app
       b. User must use a linked Visa credit or debit card upon checkout.

3.    Qualified users are entitled to the following discount vouchers valid on participating Atome merchants:
       a. New Atome users – P700 off, minimum spend of P2,500
       b. Existing Atome users – P500 off, minimum spend of P2,500

4.    To redeem the discount, follow these steps:
        a.  Launch the Atome app.
        b.  Link your valid Visa Credit or Debit card into the app.
        c.  Go to the Vouchers Center and claim the Visa voucher.
        d.  Select your preferred merchant from the list of merchants on the Homepage.
        e.  Browse for items and add to cart.
        f.   Upon checkout, select Atome as the payment method.
              -   In-store: Scan Atome QR at the counter and input the amount to settle.
              -   Web/Desktop: Scan Atome QR on your screen. Proceed to next step.
              -   Mobile Web/App: Proceed to next step.
        g.  Select the Visa voucher to enjoy the discount.
        h.  The discount will automatically be applied during checkout when using a Visa card upon payment.
        i.   On the Confirmation Page, tap “Pay”.
        j.   Complete the checkout process.

5.    This promo is applicable to unique and valid verified Atome accounts only. Multiple transactions/payments made
       from the same device using different mobile numbers will not be considered valid.

6.    Users with duplicate accounts or who are blacklisted cannot participate in this promo.

7.    Purchases made from the merchants listed below are not qualified for this promo:
       a. Zalora
       b. Patpat
       c. Musso
       d. Under Armour
       e. Qi Shop
       f. Agoda
       g. Klook

8.    Atome reserves the right to refuse the awarding of voucher discounts to accounts that are proven to be invalid or
       fraudulent (i.e. abuse of system or weakness in the promo to receive benefits).

9.    Atome reserves the right to withdraw cashback or rewards to invalid accounts even if the user has already received
       the cashback or benefit.

10. Should the qualified transaction be cancelled or declined, whether the cancellation is customer- or merchant-initiated,
      Atome reserves the right to withdraw the cashback or rewards equivalent to the cancelled payment transaction, even
      if the discount has already been credited. Atome reserves the right to debit any points/cash reward credited from
      your balance. If your balance is insufficient to cover the amount to be withdrawn at the time of withdrawal, Atome
      reserves the right to debit the balance not withdrawn when your balance is sufficient.

11.  Atome users who have exceeded their monthly aggregate limits may not successfully make the purchase using the
       discount code.

12.  The customer must notify Atome for any complaints regarding the promo. The decision of Atome on the complaint
       with concurrence of DTI-FTEB shall be considered final. For clarifications and complaints relative to this promo,
