Know the step-by-step procedure on how to update your former UCPB account to LANDBANK account
1. Access the DOBS site thru the LANDBANK website or thru the digital corner available at your branch of account.
Click the “UCPB Customer Updating” button.

2. Input the UCPB Account Number in the “UCPB Account No.” field and your birthdate in the “Date of Birth” field.

3. Check the box beside the “I agree and understand LANDBANK’s terms and conditions.”
Perform captcha by clicking the box beside the “I’m not a robot.”

4. One Time Pin will be sent to your registered mobile number. Input OTP in the “Code” field. Then click the “Submit” button to proceed.

5. Proceed with the updating of the customer information.
6. Click the Nextbutton to proceed to the next page.

7. Click “Yes”button to proceed.

8. Choose the applicable menu in the iAccess Retail Internet Banking. Click the “Next” button to proceed.

9. Review the details inputted. If in order, click the “Submit” button.

10. Note and/or print the “Application Acknowledgement” page.
